My passion for natural health and empowering others to thrive was ignited by my grandmother's remarkable example. She lived vibrantly into her mid-90s, embodying a harmonious balance of body, mind, and spirit. Despite my dedication to wellness, mainstream solutions often failed to address the root causes of my own health struggles.
As a new mother, witnessing my daughter's health challenges, including exercise-induced asthma dismissed as "that’s what kids get," fueled a fervent quest within me. Determined to uncover holistic answers, I delved into research with unwavering resolve, refusing to settle for just managing symptoms.
In my pursuit, I found a wonderful mentor whose guidance illuminated my path forward. Armed with degrees in Biology and Health Science from Hope College, I embarked on a journey of deeper learning, earning certification as a Board Certified Naturopathic Doctor from Trinity School of Natural Health. With additional certifications, I cultivated a comprehensive understanding of natural health principles with the sole purpose of helping others.
My expertise extends to navigating complex chronic conditions such as Lyme disease, SIBO, IBS, Pandas/Pans, and mold toxicity. Utilizing affordable and accessible modalities, including personalized dietary adjustments, lifestyle modifications, targeted detoxification strategies, and stress management techniques, I strive to address the root causes of illness and restore balance to the body, mind, and spirit.
My ultimate goal is to guide you from questioning "Why do I feel this way?" to exclaiming "I feel great!" I am dedicated to empowering you to reclaim your vitality and well-being, one holistic step at a time.
